Job Summary
We are hiring a Picker/Packer for a direct hire opportunity in Markham, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with recent warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping, receiving, and inventory environment.
As a Picker/Packer, you will help keep daily warehouse operations moving by accurately picking orders, packing products, labelling shipments, verifying order details, and supporting inventory tasks. This is a strong opportunity for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable who enjoys hands-on warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to warehouse requirements.
- Label packages and prepare items for shipping or internal movement.
- Verify documents, order details, and product information for accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and general warehouse upkeep.
- Lift, move, and handle products safely, including items up to 50 lb.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet daily warehouse and shipping targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Location: Markham, ON.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prepare, label, and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Support inventory organization, stock counts, and general warehouse tasks.
- Safely lift, move, and handle products as part of daily operations.
- 1 to 2 years of recent warehouse experience is preferred.
- Hands-on picking and packing experience is required.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order verification, or inventory tasks is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb safely and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and documents.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled overnight shift.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
