Pricing Coordinator – Transportation / Logistics

We are currently seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to join a fast-paced and growing transportation logistics environment. This is a fully on-site opportunity ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in 3PL brokerage pricing.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Fully on-site role in Etobicoke

Salary:

$70,000 – $75,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and manage rate quotes for new and existing customers

Analyze pricing, lane costing, and market trends to ensure competitive rates

Maintain pricing databases, tariffs, and customer agreements

Work closely with operations, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing

Handle spot quotes and rate negotiations with carriers

Ensure timely responses to pricing inquiries

Support billing and audit teams with rate discrepancies

Monitor and improve pricing processes and turnaround times

What We’re Looking For:

4–5+ years of pricing coordination experience within 3PL brokerage (non-asset based)

Strong experience with LTL shipments, including coding, quoting, and negotiations

Proven ability to build and maintain strong carrier relationships

Hands-on experience with TruckMate (required)

Strong communication and analytical skills

Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain

Nice to Have:

Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
