Location: Etobicoke, ON (On-site)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (flexible up to $80,000 for highly experienced candidates)

Overview
A well-established transportation and logistics organization is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support terminal operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role focuses on pricing strategy, rate quoting, and tariff management to ensure competitive pricing and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within 3PL brokerage environments, with a solid understanding of LTL pricing and carrier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare rate quotes for new and existing customers based on operational capacity, cost analysis, and market competitiveness.
Confirm rates on COD accounts and ensure rate offers and updates are issued in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date pricing databases, tariffs, and customer rate agreements.
Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing for transportation services including LTL and cross-dock shipments.
Analyze pricing trends, lane costs, and customer profitability to support pricing strategies and decision-making.
Respond to internal and external pricing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and reduce quote turnaround times.
Ensure compliance with customer contracts and internal pricing policies.
Support billing and audit teams in resolving rate discrepancies or disputes.

Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in pricing coordination within a 3PL or brokerage environment (non-asset based).
Strong experience with LTL pricing, shipment coding, carrier relationships, and rate negotiation.
Proven ability to prepare competitive quotes and manage spot pricing.
Experience working with TruckMate is required.
Strong understanding of transportation and terminal-based logistics operations.
Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
