Job Title: Pricing Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON (Some remote flexibility)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to join a fast-paced transportation environment. .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing requests, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate freight billing and rate application. This position is ideal for someone who thrives working with data, numbers, and tight deadlines.


What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of pricing experience
Background in transportation, logistics, or a related industry
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, reports, and numbers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience with TruckMate (TMW) is an asset
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and within a team
Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Key Responsibilities
Manage spot quotes, rate requests, and RFPs
Validate and maintain accurate pricing and billing data
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Planning teams
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Perform data validation and basic analysis using spreadsheets
Enter and manage rate information in internal systems
Assist with historical pricing data analysis
Support capacity planning through pricing insights
