Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate for a full-time contract opportunity in Burlington, ON. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse production experience who enjoys active work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Production Associate, you will support daily production operations through assembly, packaging, labeling, loading, unloading, and quality checks. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly work according to production standards and instructions.
- Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials as required.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to help ensure products meet expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete other production and general labour duties as assigned.

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Production Associate or in a similar manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour role.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet production expectations, and maintain quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail when packaging, labeling, and inspecting products.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in assembly, packaging, labeling, or quality assurance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to start quickly and maintain consistent attendance.
