Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Production Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Stouffville within a steel fabrication and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Work in a production setting supporting steel fabrication and rebar-related manufacturing activities.
- Fabricate infrastructure products on various production lines according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading materials.
- Use a pump truck to move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Perform repetitive lifting and material handling tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area while following workplace safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour plus shift premium.
- Schedule: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Location: Stouffville, ON, L4A 2G5.
- Transit note: Location is not accessible by public transit.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support steel fabrication and rebar production on multiple manufacturing lines.
- Assist with loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and internal material movement.
- Use a pump truck to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive lifting and physically demanding production tasks.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar industrial environment.
- Prior hands-on experience in production is required.
- Comfortable working with steel, rebar, or heavy materials in a fabrication environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
- Must have steel toe safety boots.
- Comfortable working in a warmer environment.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
- Must have reliable transportation, as the location is not accessible by transit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in steel fabrication, metal fabrication, rebar, construction products, or infrastructure product manufacturing.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, or pump truck operation.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
