$75,000 – $85,000 per year + Bonus
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM

We are currently seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Vaughan. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys coaching teams, driving efficiency, and improving operations.
The successful candidate will oversee approximately 30 employees within the sewing department and play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational goals are achieved daily.



Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and support approximately 30 production employees in the sewing department
•Review and coordinate daily production schedules and staffing requirements
•Conduct daily team meetings and communicate production expectations
•Ensure production targets, GMP standards, quality requirements, and safety expectations are met
•Monitor KPIs including quality, safety, productivity, and scrap reduction
•Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
•Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
•Coach, mentor, and develop employees to strengthen team performance
•Assist with performance management and succession planning
•Act as a liaison between employees and management while supporting workplace changes

Qualifications & Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or similar production environment
•Hands-on leadership style with strong teamwork skills
•Experience working in a unionized environment is a strong asset
•Knowledge of CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements)
•Experience using MRP/ERP systems
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
•Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
•Excellent communication and leadership abilities
•Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

•Must pass a criminal background check
•Valid passport required
•Must live locally to the Vaughan area
