Job Summary

We are hiring a Production/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Burlington, ON within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical production work, steady full-time hours, and being part of a team-focused operation.

As a Production/Warehouse Associate, you will support day-to-day plant activities, assist with material handling, perform product finishing, and help ensure finished goods meet quality standards. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labour experience who is looking to build long-term stability in a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general labour duties in various areas of the production plant as assigned.
- Hand finish ceramic fiber shapes, including sanding, patching, packing, and preparing materials for the next production stage.
- Operate basic production tools and equipment, including planers, manual hoists, waterjet cutters, and vacuum forming equipment.
- Load and unload drying racks, move materials, and stack finished or in-process products on pallets.
- Use motorized and non-motorized pallet lifters to support safe material movement throughout the facility.
- Inspect finished products against drawings and quality specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20.00 to $26.40 per hour.
- Annual salary range: $40,000 to $56,000 per year, depending on position available.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Days, afternoons, and nights - depending on what is available. 
- Other shifts may be available.
- Benefits available once hired on.
