Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year + discretionary bonus

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Prototyping, Pilot & CNC Supervisor to lead and manage prototyping, pilot builds, and CNC operations. This role provides facility-level responsibility and focuses on maintaining quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while leading and developing a high-performing technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prototyping:
- Manage performance and key metrics for on-time delivery (OTD) and quality.
- Plan, schedule, delegate, and manage prototyping jobs.
- Order materials, parts, and tools from vendors and internal departments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to develop assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate shipments from sales P/O receipt to shipping documentation.
- Supervise, train, hire, and manage Proto Technicians.
Pilot Builds:
- Oversee assembly of jigs and fixtures for production parts and process development.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Supervise initial pilot builds and handover to production.
- Incorporate lessons learned while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Supervise, train, hire, and manage Jig Technicians.
CNC Operations:
- Supervise staff during shifts to meet schedule and quality requirements.
- Support ordering of materials and tools as needed.
Facility Management:
- Maintain lean workflows, 5S practices, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure employees are properly trained and follow standards of work, quality, and safety.
- Ensure fair treatment of employees consistent with employment regulations and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
- College diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in prototyping and supervision.
- Certified Tool Maker
- Strong knowledge of welding processes.
- Excellent team player, communicator, and collaborator.
