A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality assurance activities and ensure products meet internal standards and customer specifications. This role is ideal for someone with strong inspection experience, attention to detail, and familiarity with manufacturing quality processes.
Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
Ensure adherence to quality procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and measurement tools
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience with quality documentation and reporting
Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
