Case Manager (Unilingual or Bilingual)
100% Remote
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility to work between 8am - 8pm when needed)
Pay rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour
6 month contract to start
Job Duties:
- Enrollment of patients into the Patient Support Program
- Speaking with patients and answering questions regarding enrollment and reimbursement
- Reviewing patient status and assist with documentation
- Collect information and conduct financial assessments
- Triaging calls
- Responding to emails or digital faxes and directing patients to the right department
- Follow up on patient submissions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer service or call centre role speaking with patients
- Experience in health care or a medical environment
- Experience in a Patient Support Program is preferred
- Experience with reimbursement billing or reimbursement support is an asset
- Bilingual candidates must be fluent in English & French (verbal and written)
