Senior Cultivation Technician
Brampton, ON

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (might need to start at 6am other days for harvesting), overtime required

Pay: $21.50/hour

Job Duties:
- Oversee plant care activities in mother and vegetative rooms
- Watering, pruning, defoliation, and plant training
- Ensure plants remain healthy, pest-free, and within targeted growth parameters
- Coordinate with propagation staff to schedule and prepare clone cuts
- Manage plant spacing, topping schedules, and transplant timing
- Monitor mother plant rotation schedules
- Conduct pH and EC testing of nutrient solutions and runoff
- Record and track irrigation volumes, dry-back rates, and feed EC
- Verify the cleanliness of irrigation lines, trays, and emitters
- Monitor and record temperature, humidity, CO2, and VPD levels

Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working directly in commercial cannabis cultivation, with a focus on propagation, mothers, or vegetative plant care
- Strong knowledge of cloning, plant nutrition, irrigation management, and environmental control
- Proficient in pH and EC testing, data recording, and irrigation system operation
