Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, FP&A for a full-time permanent opportunity in Surrey. This newly created finance leadership role is ideal for an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys building planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics infrastructure that supports strategic growth.
The Senior Manager, FP&A will work closely with the Controller and senior leadership team to turn financial data into practical business insight. This role partners across operations, sales, marketing, and product teams, helping leaders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across business units and brands.
* Develop financial models to support pricing, growth, capital allocation, and operational decisions.
* Create executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and P&L analysis to drive performance insights.
* Monitor revenue, margins, cash flow, and key business metrics against plan.
* Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve financial accountability and support strategic initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: CAD $130,000 to $140,000 + Bonus

Preferred Qualifications
* CPA designation, highly preferred.
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
* Experience with MS Dynamics 365, or similar mid-market ERP systems preferred.
* Experience with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools preferred.
* Industry experience in consumer products, wholesale trade, or import-export preferred.
* Experience with multi-brand, multi-entity, or developing FP&A environments preferred.

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario modeling across business units.
* Build executive reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analytics.
* Provide financial modeling and decision support for pricing, strategy, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
* Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to turn financial insights into action.
* 5+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years leading FP&A.
* Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management, ideally in product-based or consumer goods businesses.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience presenting insights to executives and non-finance stakeholders.
* Proven ability to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
