Are you a highly organized Shipping Coordinator with a knack for communication and a background in manufacturing or distribution (not transportation/dispatch)? We want to hear from you!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our Distribution & Warehouse team. In this key role, you’ll ensure seamless coordination of inbound/outbound shipments, third-party carrier pickups, and real-time inventory accuracy, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3rd party carriers
• Schedule pickups and track Proof of Delivery (PODs)
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, and customers to resolve issues
• Enter and manage transactions in ERP (preferably AXAPTA 12)
• Process freight bills, inventory adjustments, RMA’s, and returns
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with professionalism
• Assist with physical inventory and reporting
• Ensure warehouse operations meet WHMIS, HSSE, and TDG regulations

What You Bring:
• Post secondary education in a related field is an asset.
• 2+ years of shipping coordination experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience working with WMS and ERP systems (AXAPTA 12 is a strong asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle competing deadlines
•Experience in forecasting an order schedule based on inventory levels.
•Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a strong asset.
•General knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and applicable provincial legislation.

Bonus Points For:
Experience handling customer fines and carrier claims
Familiarity with Transporting Dangerous Goods (TDG) requirements
A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset
