Position Summary

The Snr. Residential HVAC Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for organizing and overseeing all warehouse operations to support residential service and installation teams. This includes managing inventory of HVAC parts and equipment, ensuring timely job-site deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The role is critical to ensuring technicians have what they need to complete jobs accurately and on time.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, organizing, and dispatching HVAC equipment and material for residential jobs.
Maintain accurate inventory records using company software
Coordinate delivery and staging of materials for residential installations.
Work closely with service managers, install manager, installers, and dispatchers to meet scheduling and material needs.
Manage tool inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
Monitor stock levels and place orders with vendors as needed to avoid shortages or delays.
Supervise and train warehouse helpers or drivers.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Keep warehouse organized, clean, and in compliance with safety and company policies.
Occasionally assist with deliveries to job sites or technician restocking.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade education a plus.
2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
Familiarity with residential HVAC systems, tools, and parts.
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or CRM tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts or pallet jacks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.
