Our Surrey client is seeking a permanent Sr Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 - $72,000**

Location: Surrey, In-Office Position

Responsibilities:
* Full cycle accounts payable
* Verify, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses
* Prepare and process weekly check runs
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
* Maintain vendor files and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed
* Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with other departments as needed
* Assist with month-end close and other accounting duties as assigned

The Successful Candidate
* 5+ years full cycle accounts payable experience
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures
* Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
