Our client, a Company in the manufacturing industry is hiring for a Territory Sales Rep to join their team.
Compensation: Salary range of $70- $85k, plus uncapped commission and benefits
Responsibilities:
• Developing new accounts while growing the business within existing accounts
• Effectively utilize Salesforce CRM in the development of a sales strategy and forecast for acquiring new business within assigned territory.
• Ability to manage multiple channels of distribution
• Analyze customer requirements and promote products to meet those solutions
• Build solid working relationships with stakeholders and distribution partners
• Complete price quotes
• Cross selling profits
• Perform site walkthroughs while acting as a safety and industrial product expert
• Identify, track and report on regional market information and evaluate market conditions
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
• Previous Sales Management experience (3+ years required)
• Must be based in Winnipeg, Regina or Saskatoon (Surrounding areas)
• Ability to work from home office
• Must be able to travel to different locations within assigned territory of Manitoba/Saskatchewan (including overnight travel)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of the equipment manufacturing industry
• Excellent time management
• Proven track record of positive sales performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
