Role Overview:
We are seeking a strong, results-driven Sales Manager to manage a portfolio of 80–120 B2B accounts and drive growth across a 150 km territory. This role is focused 90% on account farming and 10% on new business development. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, provide quotes, generate leads, and collaborate with your sales colleagues to ensure consistent success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing B2B accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
- Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Answer customer questions on features, pricing, and services.
- Cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Cover territory from Mississauga to Hamilton, driving 25,000–30,000 km/year.
- Provide accurate quotes and support customer needs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a track record of sales success.
