Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in the Milton area within the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by helping move, organize, prepare, and process materials or finished goods. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, move, sort, organize, and stage products, materials, or finished goods within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders or materials according to operational requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following warehouse safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts, product verification, and basic documentation as needed.
- Support production, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse teams to keep workflow moving efficiently.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $23 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, product movement, and order preparation.
- Assist with picking, packing, staging, receiving, and general production support.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse work areas.
- Help ensure inventory accuracy and efficient workflow across warehouse operations.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail when checking products, labels, orders, or inventory.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, packaging, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Experience with basic inventory handling, RF scanners, palletizing, or order picking.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and production floor procedures.
