Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Hannon, ON. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work, order picking, packing, inventory support, and contributing to a productive team environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will join a reputable manufacturing and operations environment with a straight shift schedule, onsite parking, and steady hours from Monday to Thursday. Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Complete inventory counts and support stock accuracy.
- Put away stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Wrap pallets and prepare materials for safe movement or storage.
- Assemble cardboard boxes and support general warehouse production needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.77 to $18.85 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Contract/temporary opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform order picking using an RF scanner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Support inventory counts, stock put away, and pallet wrapping.
- Assist with box assembly and general warehouse duties.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar warehouse role.
- Reliable transportation is required, as the location is not bus accessible.
- Safety shoes are required.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full Monday to Thursday afternoon shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations warehouse environment.
- Experience with RF scanners, inventory counts, packing, labeling, and pallet preparation.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
