Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate (Days) for a contract/temporary opportunity in Hannon, ON. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work, a consistent day shift, and being part of a reliable production and operations environment.
The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, inventory handling, stock put-away, and pallet wrapping. Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping.
- Complete inventory counts and support accurate stock tracking.
- Put away incoming stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Wrap pallets and assemble cardboard boxes as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.77 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform order picking, packing, labeling, and inventory-related warehouse tasks.
- Use an RF scanner to accurately locate, pick, and process products.

- Support safe, efficient, and organized daily warehouse operations.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar warehouse role.
- Reliable transportation is required, as the location is not bus accessible.
- Safety shoes are required.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using an RF scanner in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with order picking, inventory counts, packing, and pallet wrapping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting.
