Responsibilities
-Unloading trucks and checking for accuracy and damage in received goods.
-Keeping track of inventory levels, conducting regular counts, and providing updates to supervisor.
-Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to specifications.
-Preparing shipping documents, labeling packages, and loading them onto delivery vehicles.
-Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and guidelines. Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets and cardboard.
-Operating the counterbalance, pallet jacks, winch and other machinery safely and efficiently.
-Coordinating with colleagues and supervisors to streamline operations and resolve issues.
-Conducting quality checks to ensure that products meet company standards before shipping.
-Documenting any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments and reporting them to supervisors.
-Other duties as assigned.

Assets
-2-3 years’ experience working as a warehouse associate
-2+ years’ experience operating the counterbalance—certification
-Experienced in preparing shipping documentation
-Able to lift up to 50lbs
-Team player, good attention to detail
-Able to perform other warehouse duties – not just operating the forklift
