Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory & Inbound Operations

Salary: $65,000
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm (flexible)

Duties
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, put-away, cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through WMS reporting, discrepancy investigation, and stock control practices
• Coordinate incoming shipments, container receiving, space planning, and warehouse organization
• Act as the main inventory contact for Customer Service and collaborate closely with outbound operations
• Provide hands-on support with order picking, cart assembly, and daily warehouse activities while leading by example

Assets
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Up to 7 years of total warehouse experience focused on inventory and receiving
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to analyze inventory data and reports
• Forklift certification and experience
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on warehouse environment
