The Warehouse Operator will support dealer order fulfillment, inbound material put-away, and general warehouse productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Pick and complete dealer orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
- Put away inbound materials according to established procedures and productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, equipment, and the warehouse environment.
- Ensure orders are completed with quality as a priority while working toward zero errors.
- Communicate irregularities, product issues, or process concerns to Supervisors or Managers.
- Meet multiple deadlines and respond to urgent order requests in a timely and professional manner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $23.11 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Location: Milton, ON, L9T 7H5.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Pick and complete dealer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Put away inbound materials according to warehouse procedures.
- Support safe material handling and warehouse productivity targets.
- Communicate order issues, irregularities, and urgent requests clearly.
- Prior warehouse experience required.
- 1-3 years of related material handling experience or training required.
- Ability and willingness to work at heights.
- Willingness to complete in-house certification on various forklifts, including counterbalance and reach truck.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
