Job Summary
We are hiring Warehouse Packagers for a direct hire opportunity in Hamilton, ON, supporting a busy retail distribution and warehousing operation. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking to build experience in logistics, packaging, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
The Warehouse Packager role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the shift, and contributing to an organized team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Package and label shoes accurately according to order and warehouse requirements.
- Use an RF scanner to track, verify, and process inventory.
- Prepare products for shipping while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Follow warehouse procedures for product handling, labeling, and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily packaging and shipping goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19.45 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Fridays off.
- Weekly pay.

Additional Skills
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Package and label footwear products for warehouse distribution.
- Operate an RF scanner to support accurate inventory and order processing.
- Prepare completed packages for shipping and warehouse movement.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality throughout the shift.
- Less than 1 year of warehouse, packaging, shipping, receiving, or general labour experience is suitable.
- Ability to stand, move, and perform hands-on warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail for labeling, scanning, and packaging accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for afternoon shift hours.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using an RF scanner.
- Previous packaging, order picking, shipping, receiving, or retail warehouse experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
