Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON, with a focus on inventory management, receiving, inbound operations, and warehouse organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys working with systems, data, people, and physical inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting efficient warehouse flow, coordinating inbound shipments and returns, and ensuring products are properly received, stored, tracked, and available for fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management or inventory system, including location assignment, in-transit tracking, and system updates.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and returns, ensuring all inventory is accurately documented and entered into the system.
- Run, review, reconcile, and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support inventory accuracy.
- Lead cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory activities while supporting strong inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate timely put-away, replenishment of picking locations, order picking, cart assembly, and storage optimization as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, clearly labeled, and safe warehouse while supporting process improvements, workflow efficiency, and team communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Supervise inventory and inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, returns, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Lead cycle counts, audits, inventory reconciliation, and annual physical inventory processes.
- Use reports, WMS data, and Excel to monitor inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support warehouse decision-making.
- Support warehouse layout, workflow, safety standards, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
- 5 to 8 years of warehouse supervisor experience, preferably with a focus on inventory, receiving, or inbound operations.
- Experience using WMS platforms or inventory management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and accuracy in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to analyze inventory reports and use data to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs on a regular basis.
- Forklift certification and forklift operating experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or operations-based warehouse environment.
- Experience improving warehouse layout, inventory processes, documentation, or workflow efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory accuracy best practices, cycle counting, receiving procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
