Responsibilities
-Maintain accurate inventory records within the system, including proper location assignment and in-transit tracking
-Run, analyze, and reconcile inventory reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
-Perform cycle counts, audits, and lead annual physical inventory processes
-Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and returns, ensuring accuracy and proper system entry
-Coordinate and execute timely put-away of inventory while organizing and optimizing storage space
-Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse to support efficiency and accessibility
-Replenish picking locations and support fulfillment through order picking and cart assembly as needed
-Communicate effectively with Customer Service and warehouse leadership regarding inventory status, discrepancies, and priorities
-Support warehouse process improvements by optimizing layout, workflow, and documentation of procedures
-Promote a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety regulations while providing guidance and support to team members

Assets
-5 years of warehouse experience (inventory/receiving)
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisor role
-Experience with WMS or inventory systems,
-Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to use reports and data (especially Excel) to manage and analyze inventory
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
-Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs on a regular basis
-Forklift Certification and Experience
