We are currently hiring for a Certified counterbalance operator in Etobicoke

would prefer candidates who have operated an Industrial size counterbalance to load flat beds with production equipment.
Experience with heavy equipment or rigging.
Candidates who have experience operating 15,000–20,000 lb capacity forklifts

Keys to filling:
• 3-5 years of experience working as a certified Counterbalance operator from a warehouse environment
• Valid Counterbalance Certification
• Able to lift 50lbs
• No allergies to spices or nuts

What the candidate will be doing daily:
o Assist in loading and unloading materials at the site – they use a propane forklift in the warehouse important candidates know this and have experience on propane
o Warehouse Organization, Waste Management
o Packaging, Shipping / Receiving equipment/parts
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team to prevent shortages or excess inventory
o Ensure small parts are properly kitted and organized for efficient use in system assembly and spare part packages
o Follow standardized procedures for tracking inventory movement, including receipts, issues, and returns
o Maintain an organized and safe receiving area for easy handling and inventory management
